The Haji Ali Jaan Mosque, dating back to the 16th century, holds significant historical importance as it was established during the Lodhi period in Delhi. The Lodhi dynasty ruled parts of northern India between 1451 and 1526, marking the last phase of the Delhi Sultanate before establishing the Mughal Empire. The mosque's original name is unknown. The current name, Haji Ali Jaan, was given by Mr. Noman Ali Jan, the present Mutavalli (caretaker), in honor of his grandfather. It remains a significant historical landmark despite multiple renovations altering its original form. Key Figures: Current Imam: Muhammed Yunus Mutawalli: Mr. Noman Ali Jan
